Schedule a Virtual Visit

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a virtual visit. Please select a time between 9 am and 5 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

Guidelines for your Virtual Visit:

• Request your visit three days in advance
• Please no more than three virtual visit requests per week
• Families, if possible, please limit visit requests to one family member per day
• Do not schedule your visit for the day of or for the hour of the visit. These must be scheduled in advance so we can accommodate
